Mount Pleasant Farm

I don’t normally show you doer-uppers as I think most people are here looking for inspiration, not to look at dilapidation and decay.
If there’s an exception, this property is it.  Set in the heart of mid-Cheshire, this old farm has lost it’s fields and is now surrounded by the housing.  However, it does have a massive garden and some remaining outbuildings.
There is planning permission for a barn conversion and four luxury homes in the garden, as well as the redevelopment of the substantially intact farmhouse.
I have to admit that the farmhouse has gone beyond needing a bit of TLC but if you have imagination and get yourself an architect the sky is limit on what could be achieved with the bones of this potentially beautiful home.
