LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

They say it’s all about location, but it really does help when the property looks like this.
Forget the inside, it’s a bit of mess and needs a few bob spending on it.  Look at the front and drink in the location.
Set almost at the top of a hill in the Ruthin valley the views are spectacular.
I have no words to compete with the Welsh landscape.
